CAREER PATH
Our Selection Process
Potential candidates are put through a very thorough selection process
before they qualify as CCPE in the school. Resumes are screened to
ensure basic educational qualification and experiences are met.
Thereafter, the company conducts a DISC and Hermann Brain individual
profiling to sieve applicants for suitability of the job. Those who
clear this hurdle are invited for an interview and a Grapho Analysis
which involves an on-the-spot handwritten assignment given.
CCPE Selection Workshop
After having cleared this stage of the selection process, a full-day
selection workshop is conducted for a small group each time for further
assessment of their deployability. This highly interactive workshop
involves the confirmation of their character profiles, understanding
their job scope, individual expectations, clarification of any grey
areas, interaction, attitude, etc.
CCPE Boot Camp
Potential candidates are normally given a job offer at this stage before
proceeding for a 2 day 1 night Boot Camp exercise held overseas. One of
the main aims of this camp is about bonding the CCPE with fellow CCPEs
and the staff of the company. The unique pedagogy which we employ allows
all participants to learn in a very fun and enjoyable way yet achieving
all the objectives before they are deployed in the schools. Debriefs and
testimonies from Boot Camp participants seemed to suggest that one Boot
Camp is not enough!
CCPE Continuation Training
To ensure that our CCPE's service to the schools stays relevant and
effective, our CCPEs are put on a continuous developmental training. Our
company is committed to provide not less than 30 hours of such
trainings, which range from first aid to inter-personal skills, to each
and every CCPE.
CCPE Gatherings
Besides the continuous trainings which the CCPEs have to attend,
opportunities are abound in other gatherings like the visit to SAF Yacht
Club, Singapore Discovery Centre, Malay Heritage Centre, Tao Nan
Carnival, Hari Raya Puasa Party, Christmas Party, Chinese New Year and
Promotion gatherings, etc.
Prospects
Promising CCPEs can look forward to upgrading of their skills and knowledge.
Those who have the potential for promotion along the managerial route
may be made Assistant Manager and subsequently to Manager. More
opportunities await them at the Company's senior management level if
they have the ability to do so. For those who are more apt to
specialization will proceed to be top training executives within the
Capstone Capital group of companies.
Attributes and Values of a CCPE
It takes a special breed of dynamic people to fit into a career which involves being a good team player and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A good CCPE must have initiative and integrity beside the ability to organize activities and events. Skillfulness in the application of computer technology is definitely a big plus.

CO-CURRICULAR PROGRAMME EXECUTIVE
The Job
Support the planning and co-ordination of Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) and Community Involvement Programme (CIP) in schools.
Drive the co-ordination and organization of logistics and procurement of services to support CCA and CIP.
Support teachers in other CCA related tasks.
Enlarge the support base for CCA, to help teachers
Requirements
At least a diploma from a local polytechnic
'A' Level candidates with 5 years working experience in events or project management may apply
Matured candidates are welcome
Qualities
Good planning, coordinating and organization skills
Good inter-personal and communication skills
Able to multi-task and attend to details
Competent in IT application
