Aspire! EduServices Pte Ltd provides Human Resource Management Services for the Education Sector mainly in the provision of Co-Curricular Programme Executives (CCPE) to schools.

After a successful pilot run by MOE in early 2006, Co-Curricular Programme Executives (CCPEs) were introduced to 30 schools in June 2006. Having a CCPE in the school translated to more time and space for the teachers, who are then able to focus better on their core workload, ultimately improving the quality of education in the school.

CCPEs from Aspire! EduServices are deployed to Schools in the South and East Zone. Their roles and responsibilities at the schools are as follows.

Supporting the coordination and planning of CCAs/ CIP activities in the school. 

• Planning and scheduling of school/CCA/CIP events and activities 

• Manage the allocation of students to different CCAs and/or house system

• Assist in the operation of the CCA and CIP programmes and directives as issued by MOE

Driving the organization of logistics, financial matters and procurement of services in support of such activities. 

• Assisting in the engaging of instructors and coaches for CCAs, in consultation with the teachers

• Managing the planning and allocation of facilities for the various CCA groups to conduct their activities

• Supporting teachers in the arrangement of transport, logistics and facilities/venues arrangements for the various CCA/CIP activities

• Assisting in the maintenance and stock-keeping of equipment required for all CCA/CIP activities
  

Supporting teachers in other CCA related activities and other areas.

• For overseas CCA/CIP programme, helping to set up SOPs and preparing the necessary documents to submit to relevant authorities for approval.

• Providing regular feedback to school management on the needs of the CCA/CIP groups and ensure effective communication;

• Looking into Risk-Assessment Management of the various CCAs/ CIPs.

• Setting up systems to support teachers in the timely updating of students’ attendance and CCA/CIP records in School Cockpit/LEAPS

• Working hand-in-hand with other CCPEs as conveners for sports meets and events at the cluster, zone or even national level
