He has shown great enthusiasm for his work and is a willing learner. He has never shunned from challenging assignments and is ever-willing to try and further improve himself.

He demonstrated high degree of efficiency and effectiveness. His capability can be seen in his management of the CCA records via Cockpit ensuring students’ records were accurately recorded and updated thus resulting in students getting grades that they deserved.

He proactively gives suggestions in committees that he is involved in and aims to do his best in whatever he is assigned to.

Besides contributing administratively to the PE/CCA department, he has also been an invaluable source of assistance to the other staff and department of the school.

Nadlyn

I will like to compliment Nadlyn Zulbahary, the CCPE of Red Swastika School , for her relentless and committed contributions to the school. She has been actively involved in school key programmes and activities such as the RSS Olympics, NAPFA tests and temperature-taking exercise other than the CCA programmes.

She has demonstrated high degree of efficiency and effectiveness. She is able to work with minimum supervision and is committed to her undertaking tasks. She proactively gives suggestions in committees that she is involved and aims to do her best in whatever she is assigned to. Sussie

Cannosa Convent Pri

Sussie has been with the school since June 2007 and I'd like to let you know that the school is very happy with Sussie's performance thus far.

Sussie is proactive and shows a lot of initiative in her work. Coupled with her systematic nature and her ability to set up structures and processes, she has been able to add value to the tasks and projects assigned to her. She is able to work independently and requires very little handholding and monitoring. Her maturity and prior work experience give her perspective and enable her to make sound decisions. She has also shown herself to be willing to oftentimes go beyond her job scope and lend a hand where necessary.

I must say she has been an asset to the school since her posting here and I thought it best that I communicate this to you.

Muhammad

Outram Sec Sch

Indeed, Muhammad has put in a sterling performance in the short time he's been with us.

To begin with, Muhammad is a keen learner with a positive attitude. He has an uncanny ability to listen to important details, synthesise them and work out a comprehensive plan. The South Zone Singapore Youth Festival Carnival @ VivoCity required meticulous planning, and Muhammad rose to the occasion. His strength is definitely in organising events. He is also proficient in IT skills.

Above all, Muhammad has a pleasant personality, and is able to work well under challenging circumstances.
We hope Muhammad will be able to sustain the excellent work he has demonstrated so far.

Esther Tan

Townsville Pri

Esther when beyond the call of duty and stayed throughout the night with the campers who were unwell on both nights and she sacrificed her sleep and had survived on only 2 to 3 hours of sleep per night. Esther was also very vigilant, responsible and caring throughout the camp.  My teachers and myself were very impressed by her committment, imvolvement, dedication and sacrifice.

Townsville is very Blessed to have Esther Tan as our CCPE

Judy Koh Sia Eng

CCPE Radin Mas Pri School

"Judy's* dedication to her work goes beyond the school's expectations and her job scope. As part of the school's efforts to promote environmental awareness, Judy choreographed a monthly flea market in school, selling various second-hand and recycled items. Tapping on her network, she procured Radin Mas CC and parents to participate in this monthly event.

She has now expanded the objectives of this event from a programme to promote environmental awareness to a programme that also acts as a platform for needy families to set up stalls to do some business. Some of these families have set of stalls selling hand-pouch made of recycled banners.

This is truly a win-win situation for the school and its stakeholders. Apart from meeting its primary objective of promoting environmental awareness, the school could now provide social help to needy families.

In addition, she also proactively forge collaborations with Bukit Purmei Zone 'A' RC and the National Environment Agency in the organization of school's mid-autumn lantern festival, to be held in September 21, 2007. Her efforts have enhanced the school's collaborative climate and through her network the school has enjoyed the synergy and benefits derived from such collaborations.

Judy has on numerous occasions assisted in front line staff duties (even though it is not within her job scope). She would help the EAS to answer phone calls and attend to parents when they are at the office reception. She works for the "team" and would never hesitate to lend hand to EAS.

She rallied the office staff (including the AM and OM) to form a greeting team to greet all teachers with Kit-Kat chocolate and a bookmark created by the MINDS at the school foyer during Teachers' Day Celebration.

The school is truly fortunate to have Judy as she is resourceful and ever ready to go beyond her call of duty as a CCPE."

VP Radin Mas Pri School - Mr Andrew Mah

A Quote from a Teacher - "Judy is an approachable and helpful CCPE. I approached her for advice and assistance with regards to overseas excursions. She was detailed in giving her professional inputs and did consistent follow-ups on the matter thereafter. She is definitely a great asset to the school!"

* Ranked as one of the top CCPE in the Phase C Batch - Management.
